Mini-review of “Gilgamesh” by Joan London

joan-londonOne of our book clubs has recently read  “Gilgamesh” by Joan London. They gave it an average of 8.9 out of 10, with ratings ranging from 8 to 10! Comments were that it was a positive and realistic work which evoked memories for some in the book club because it was set partly in south west Australia, however as it moves between continents to England and Armenia there is much for the reader to learn. For someone, “reading it a second time joined all the threads – excellent”. So there you are, a great book to try!
